OncoEvidence Admin

Manage which applications may use the platform, and what they are allowed to ask about.

Use your work account. You need the oncoevidence admin or reader role.

OncoEvidence Admin

Pick a subscription on the left, or create one.

New subscription

Sets up an application so it can ask clinical questions, and decides what it is allowed to use.

Identity

id Subscription id. Letters, numbers, hyphens, underscores. Max 64. Cannot be changed later.

app_id The subscriber app's Entra client id. Must match the token's azp, and no two subscriptions may share one.

tenant_id Customer organisation. Max 128.

product Max 64.

status A suspended subscription is refused within ~30s.

entitlements

Usecases the platform defines. At least one.

licences

Evidence sources this subscription may draw on.

quotas

Both required, both positive integers.

Flags

retention_days Overrides the platform default. Blank sends null, which uses 90.

phi_allowed Patient context is refused with 403 phi_not_allowed when off. billable Metering only. human_approval: ["tumor_board_summary"] Unchecked sends an empty list.
